The Gamma Epsilon chapter (#77) was installed at the University of Miami on February 17, 1962. Richard Bowles, Director of Bands at the University of Florida, served as the installing officer, and the Beta Xi chapter from the University of Florida performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members include: Helene Linn, Keitha Holz, Shirley Mookas, Caroline Evans, Sandra Barrow, Jewel Blackwell, Judith Goodner, Doris Gold, Sherry Schnell, Sandra Snyder, Doris Pressley and Fred McCall.
