Instructions for the Facilitator: Have the MCs send an additional email with the same instructions as above to a District Officer from a different District!

Reference to Previous Instructions:

“Instructions for the Facilitator: Have each MC write an email to a member of the District Council introducing themselves, describing the Membership Education Process, and sharing an encouraging message for the District Officer’s work for the organization. MCs are encouraged to research the Officer they are emailing. Have the MC copy the Chapter VPM on the email. Bonus: Invite the Officer to join a video chat with the Chapter at a later date.

*If MCs have already met or know any of the District Officers, encourage them to reach out to someone they do not know!”
