The Delta chapter (#4) was installed at the University of Oklahoma on April 28, 1946. Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma National Executive Secretary A. Frank Martin served as the installing officer. Charter members include: Leonard H. Haug, Gloria Anderson, Dorothy (Allen) Nichols, Barbara Jo Peterson, Marjorie Helen Prestridge, Bette Jean Yarger, Betty May Adams, Dorothy Fay Beegle, Ila Marie Bowdish, De Ann Donaldson, Jo Anne Garms, Norma Ruth Gregory, Margaret Alice Hott, Nancy McMillen, Ena May Balzer, Esther Mae Henke, J. Ruth McFarlan, Mary Slagle, Helen Haggard, and Enid May Buswell.
