Dr. Ted McCadden, NED
Eta Sigma, Towson University

Dr. McCadden is a Life Member of Tau Beta Sigma (Eta Sigma) and Kappa Kappa Psi (Iota Delta). He earned undergraduate and graduate degrees at Towson University, and a Doctor of Education degree at Pennsylvania State University. He is an Assistant Professor of Behavioral Sciences at the Community College of Baltimore County, where he teaches courses in Psychology, Sociology, and Counseling. At CCBC, Ted is also active in student activities and serves as advisor for two thriving student organizations.

Ted is a licensed counselor and is active as a researcher and consultant in both counseling and education. He is an honorary member of Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society and Tri-M National Music Honor Society. Ted performs regularly with vocal and instrumental groups, and currently serves on the Boards of Directors for two performing groups in the Baltimore area.



Kathryn Howell, NED

Kathryn "Kat" Howell is a Life Member of the Theta Theta Chapter from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, AR where she received a Bachelor of General Studies. As an Active Sister, Kat served as an officer​ within her chapter as well as the Southwest District President ​ for Tau Beta Sigma​ from 2011-2013. Kat has a Masters Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX.

After earning her Master's Degree, Kat moved to Providence, RI where she currently lives and works as a Residence Director for Johnson & Wales University. Since becoming an alumna of Tau Beta Sigma, Kat has continually stayed involved through TBSAA, SWDAA, NEDAA, and attending numerous District and National Conventions.

Kat plays clarinet in The American Band, a community band based in Providence, RI. In her free time, Kat also enjoys exploring new places, exercising, crafting, and cuddling with her dog Katie.​


Rosalyn McDonald, SWD

Rosalyn McDonald is a charter member of Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority, Inc. Theta Phi Chapter, initiated on the illustrious campus of Hampton University on June 26, 1999. During her time at Hampton, she was a member of the Color Guard of the Hampton University Marching Force (1995-1998), Flag Captain (1998-1999) and clarinet instrumentalist with the Hampton University Concert Band (1995-1999). After graduation, Rosalyn became a life member of Tau Beta Sigma (1999), Alumni Association member (1999), Theta Phi Local Alumni Association President (2006-2007), Iota Iota Chapter Advisor (2007-2008) and planning committee member with Theta Phi Chapter for 2015 NED Southern Precinct Conference.

Rosalyn has a Master of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University in 2004, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from DeVry University in 2001, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Hampton University in 1999 and a Master Compliance Administrator Certification from the American Contract Compliance Association in 2008.

Rosalyn resides in Grand Prairie, Texas where she currently works as a Senior DBE Coordinator for North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC. Rosalyn is responsible for ensuring the company’s disadvantage business utilization program metrics are met and in compliance with North Tarrant Infrastructure’s business model. She also volunteers as an Alumni Intern Coordinator with the Dr. Emmett J. Conrad Leadership Program, as liaison to the Senator’s Executive Director. Rosalyn McDonald is honored the CFR committee saw fit to recommend her as a Chapter Visitation Assistant on the National Leadership Team to help mold our sorority members to become distinguished leaders in today’s society.



Siobhan Wilkes, SWD

Siobhan Wilkes ( Pronounced shiv + awn), began her journey with the Beta Zeta Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma, located in Nacogdoches, Texas with a heart filled with the desire to serve others. She is a past president, and Vice President of Membership of Beta Zeta, and was very involved on the District level as a student and an alumni.

Upon graduating with a degree in Hospitality Administration, Siobhan has hit the ground running on her career path in revenue management in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. Currently she is a Revenue Management Coordinator for a hotel management company in Dallas, Texas, where she assists with the revenue process for 8 select service hotels across the country. In her free time Siobhan enjoys travelling, painting, sewing, hanging out with her cat Georgia Pearl, and visiting the Sisters and Brothers of the Southwest!



Rachel Kerley, SED

Rachel crossed into the Epsilon Alpha Chapter in the Spring of 2009 and in her time as an active sister served as the chapter VPM, president and parliamentarian, and as the SED VPM and president. She played clarinet in the Mighty Sound of the Southeast and the University Band. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2012 with a degree in advertising and shortly after became a Life Member of her chapter and an Honorary Member of the SED.
Rachel is currently the public relations coordinator for the South Carolina Bar and spends her free time with her fiance, Jonathan and adorable kitty, Ella. You can find her running, reading, binge-watching Netflix and yelling "Go Cocks!" at Williams-Brice Stadium.


Kelsey Reilly

I've been a Life member of Omega at The University of Arizona since 2010. As an undergraduate, I was active in The Pride of Arizona Marching Band, Pep Band, University Choir, and Chamber Choir. Before being appointed as the Western District Secretary/Treasurer, I was Omega's Alumni Secretary and Chair of our Sisterhood Committee. As an alumna, I served as the Chapter Adviser for the Iota Upsilon Chapter at St. Augustine University and a charter member for the Western District Joint Alumni Association.

I currently hold a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Special Education and Deaf Studies, while working as a shift supervisor at Starbucks. In my free time I like to play board games, binge watch Netflix, and follow college football and basketball with my family.


Crystal Wright

Crystal Hunter is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. She is an alumna of Alabama A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education (Mathematics) in May 2001 and Master’s of Science degree in School Counseling in May 2008. Currently a school counselor in the Huntsville City Schools System, she hopes to one day purse a degree in School Administration.

During her tenure with the auxiliary line of the “Showband of the South,” she was initiated into the Theta Iota Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma in the fall of 1997. As an active member, Crystal served in various capacities including: The Ritual and Regalia Custodian, Service Committee Chair, and as the Chapter President. She also held the position of Southeast District Secretary during 2000-2001. Upon graduation, Crystal became a life member, joined the National Alumni Association, the Southeast District Alumni Association, and helped to create the Theta Iota Alumni Association - where she served as Vice-President and Secretary. She is currently a member of the Tau Beta Sigma Alumni Association. Crystal has had the wonderful opportunity to support the growth of the sorority by serving as and advising person for the recolonization process of the Beta Phi and Theta Sigma Chapters of Tau Beta Sigma. Her greatest service to the sorority during her tenure as a sister was the opportunity to serve and advise the district leaders and the active members of the Southeast District as a District Counselor from the Spring of 2008 to the Spring of 2014.

Each day Crystal tries to reach the goal of living a healthy and happy life.



Cenobia Hilton, SED

Cenobia Hilton was initiated into the Eta Delta Chapter of Howard University in Fall 1999. During her time at Howard she was a dancer and a percussionist in the HU Showtime Marching Band. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design and a minor in chemistry. As an active member she served as the Chapter Historian and assistant to the VP of Membership. After graduation, she moved to Atlanta, GA and became a member of the Atlanta Alumni Association of Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma where she served as the chapter Treasurer and chapter President. In 2007, she became a charter member of the TBSAA and in 2011, she had the honor of being the Colony Advisor for the Iota Zeta Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma at Savannah State University.

She is the owner of Hilton's Image and Creation, LLC (a graphic design company) and she also currently works at Drew Charter School as the Accounts Payable Analyst. She is married to Dwayne Hilton, an Atlanta native who is currently employed with the City of Atlanta Police Department. Dwayne was a member of the Iota Tau Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at Clark Atlanta University and they have two beautiful daughters Ceniya and Cy'ere.
